Rear View Camera Installation

I've just purchased a new rear view camera for my Ultralite 8283SS. It mounts on the top rear of the 5th wheel and should give me a pretty good view of what's behind me both on the road and when backing up.

My question/problem is how to run the wire from the camera to the front of the trailer where I plug it into the truck. I know I can just tape it down to the roof or along the gutters but that's a little sloppy. Is there any way anyone knows to get it inside the roof or under carriage without a major construction (or deconstruction) job.
