Refrigerator noisy

We have a Rockwood signature ultralight with dometic refrigerator in the slide. It makes a very loud humming noise. From the research I've done, it appears it may be dirty coils or bad fans. My question is has anyone else had this problem, and what was the fix?

I'd lean toward noisy cooling fans behind the fridge. They can be replaced with good quality QUIET computer fans. Just do a search above for refrigerator cooling fans, noisy refrigerator etc. It should yield some guidance.
