Not sure what kind of rig that is 5er , TT . We put JT strong arm stabilizers on ours and it was like night and day. We have a 5er . I can pm you picks if you like.

I don't know what a 5er is. The 2304KS is a double-axle TT with a slide, 23' long. The Andersen site says you need at least 2" between the tires, and there probably is, but I want to be sure. (We don't have it yet, and won't for several months, but ....) Right now we have a Rockwood High Wall 276, and we use the "legos," but the back and forth while we guess how many we need would be nice to not have to do. :-)

Expends, I am curious about your comments. I have considered slide out supports. I looked at my manual and did not see any mention of supports. Is the recommendations agains supports for all types of slide or only certain ones. I know there are different manufacturers of slides. This is the first trailer we have had with slide so I am new to this aspect of trailers.

Given that RV manuals are very non-specific to units and are pretty generic for a whole brand, I'd guess that it doesn't matter what kind of slide out it is.

By all accounts that I've read, if you support the camper's frame- there is no need to support the slides themselves.

You have supports under the slide jacks are down wheels are chocked.

What happens if you get a flat tire?

If the stabilizers are down and dual axles, would a flat tire change the height of the trailer Much? I'm gonna have to research these supports some more. Seems a lot of people are against them.
