Floor is failing in front of vanity. The luan and foam has failed if any there. They run plumbing under this area to toilet. And probably removed material for pipe. I hear they now use 5/8 plywood. No one should buy without this. Guess stuck with trying to figure how to fix. Don’t think anyone at FR will offer to fix.
