Based on a quick search most 2019 are listed for around 30K to 31K so if you take 20% off thats a place to start your offer and work from there. The price you stated is close to that figure. It is a 2019 the 2020s are out now so you have some leverage if they want to move it. Don't fall into the trap of "thats the only rig available" and don't be afraid to walk away you may be surprised what they will to do move the rig.

Agree 100% with Seadog, don't be afraid to shop around, See what kinda reviews the dealer has and how their service is.

Look at 10 dealers and you'll get 10 different prices. Go with the cheapest or the best deal if you have to travel a distance to get it.
