Rockwood 8311ws Quality

Hello everyone, I would just like to let everyone know about my experiences with our 2016 8311ws trailer. We have had 16 nights in this trailer not all at ones but various long weekends. So far we have had zero issues with the trailer everything has worked as it should and I have been very impressed with the quality of rock wood. We have had no leaks, no electrical issues, no hot water heater or air conditioner problems, furnace works great, awnings, stove, outside kitchen, radios speakers,tv, DVD players, zero problems hopefully I'm not jinxing myself.
If anyone is out there looking to purchase A travel trailer I would recommend A Rockwood.
One side note is we have bin using the anderson hitch ( tow vehicle is A 2015 Chevy high county 2500HD cc short box D-max) it seems to work very good, if there is A strong wind then you can definitely feel the trailer being pushed by the wind but nothing too scary. I would recommend the Anderson hitch to someone as long as you have a 3/4 or bigger truck.

Rockwood is well built

Congrats on the new TT! We have had very limited issues with our 3001w and have about 150+ nights camping in it since April 2014 when we bought it. I research large purchases for weeks/months before finally plunking down the money and I found Rockwood to have a good reputation and loyal following. Good choice!

Hitch lock

I have a 2015 8311ss and I'm trying to find a hitch lock that will fit the 8311's extra wide coupler. I've use to use a Reese U-Bolt lock but that's not wide enough.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jim
