Rockwood Customer Service

Customer Service always gets a bad rap but I wanted to give a quick kudo to Rockwood/Flagstaff Customer Service. I need a pair of new docking lights for the front of my 2016 ROCKWOOD 2703WS. I went on line to their "Contact Us" page and filled out the parts service form and within an hour I had a response back AND a forwarded to the Rockwood Service rep. She confirmed my requirement and forwarded it to their parts ordering person. She called me up on my cell a short time ago and got my billing information and shipping data. Done. All within ONE DAY. Now, granted this isn't a big ticket item but it IS the 3rd time I have used this mechanism to order something I needed and it works flawlessly. Kudos to Rockwood/Flagstaff Customer Service.

Nice to hear- I've had good responsiveness from FR using the Contact Us link too.

That's good to hear. I used the FB Messenger contact to ask a question - a clarification before purchase and received a less than spectacular answer. Such that I wouldn't bother trying to contact them again using that method.

I agree in that when I spoke to them they sounded like they were not mechanically inclined. They simply look up a part number and match it to the VIN and then ship it out. That was all I needed. For you though, at the very least they should have been able to pass you to someone who could answer the question instead of trying to bluff their way through it.

Thanks for the information Martsing These are the ones I found on Ebay I wasn't sure if they would fit but figured for $20.00 for the both of them and free shipping I would take a chance...I had to buildup the back of them alittle bit with double sided foam tape to get them to sit flush but they actually look and work good and the screws lined up perfectly...Atleast now I know if I ever do want to replace them I can go back to the stock ones.
