Rockwood Customer Service
Customer Service always gets a bad rap but I wanted to give a quick kudo to Rockwood/Flagstaff Customer Service. I need a pair of new docking lights for the front of my 2016 ROCKWOOD 2703WS. I went on line to their "Contact Us" page and filled out the parts service form and within an hour I had a response back AND a forwarded to the Rockwood Service rep. She confirmed my requirement and forwarded it to their parts ordering person. She called me up on my cell a short time ago and got my billing information and shipping data. Done. All within ONE DAY. Now, granted this isn't a big ticket item but it IS the 3rd time I have used this mechanism to order something I needed and it works flawlessly. Kudos to Rockwood/Flagstaff Customer Service.
