Rockwood Mini Lite 2306S Backup cam pre wiring

Hi all! We bought our 2017 mini lite back last October and bought the furrion rear view cam with it as it was already pre wired. Fast forward to today and I'm frustrated because I can't get it to pair and realize there's no power at the camera. Truck unhitched but connected to shore power. Can anyone confirm if the camera wiring is connected to the running lights or battery power?

I tried responding to a relevant thread but it was too old.

Probably wired to your clearance lights. Plug in your truck and turn your parking lights on.

The cord for the screen has a plug for the camera too (to run both, right next to each other). Pair it with that cord, then install it.

That said, mine came paired. Shouldn't have to screw with it.

Thanks! I noticed that before hand but it didn't register in my head as to what it was for. I had a 12vdc power supply laying around. That's how I verified the camera was working. And like yours it came pre-paired. Too bad I didn't [emoji1]
