We’ve done a few little mods to our 2507S recently. A lot was just adding shelves, new programable digital thermostat, handle on screen door, building a small compartment beside micro above iRV, bought, added 2 doors to overhead cupboard above dinette, and modifified an amazon-purchased over the door towel rod to be on the door directly. No pic of this but added Oxygenics shower head added, and 2 shelves added to storage cupboard in washroom across from toilet. Pics of most below.
Those look great!! We've made several similar upgrades to our 2509s, but haven't changed the thermostat yet. What model is that and where'd you find it?
Great mods! I, too, would like the info on the digital thermostat. Thanks for sharing!
We made a few mods, too:
-a towel caddy above toilet;
-an extendable shower curtain rod (no pic);
-put the counter extension on locking, folding hinges;
-put wire shelves in the "closets" next to the bed.
Also found a homemade stabilizer that works great! It came from Pintrest and only cost a few $$s to make!
Like your shelves in the front cabinets. What type/length of screws/fasteners did you use?
Thanks

Your text states you added "2" doors above the dinette. Based on the 2507S we are buying, it looks you added either 1 or 3 doors. What was there before?

Very nice!
Thanks for the thermostat model. I’ve had a digital replacement in mind for a couple weeks now. It’s on my to-do list. We like our Oxygenics shower head and the screen door handle is a must.

Was the replacent wires a one for one switch? Does the Honeywell thermostat light up when it is changed?
They were except he left off the wire that was for the low speed fan for the A/C. We didn’t feel we needed 2 speeds for the A/C which you can do if you like but it would require a separate toggle switch. If you areinterested in doing that you will find lots of videos on YouTube to help you with it. With this model thermostat once you hit any of the buttons then the back light lights up which we seem to need even during daylight sometimes.

Originally when we bought it there were three doors with space for two more one on either side of the middle door. We purchased the two extra doors from our RV dealer where we bought the trailer. If you look closely at the picture you will see they actually sent us the wrong doors. What do you want me say about but we’re not that picky and it really doesn’t bother us. It’s really just a cosmetic thing.
That 2507 looks great! A couple of questions please.
How much were the extra doors?
How did you secure the towel rack to the bathroom door? From what I can tell our door is hollow. Is yours solid? Thanks in advance. Jay

If you're referring to the wire shelves, I believe that I used pan head #8 screws. Not sure if I had 1" or 1 1/4". I measures the thickness of the exterior walls by having the slide out in. Then made sure that my screws were short enough not to penetrate the exterior wall. The shelves were 2 different lengths due to the curvature of the wall.

Regarding the towel rod on the back of the bathroom door, we only used the wire from what we bought. Hubby then built 2 wood sides for the wire pieces to fit into. Here’s a pic below of what we actually bought from amazon.
About the two extra doors we installed over the dinette, price for both including all hardware was $106. Canadian before tax. (~$80ish US)

If you've got a Coleman Mach, I've attached the wiring diagram for you. Most of these T-stats don't handle 2 speed fans, so you either need to pick a speed, or install a SPDT switch to chose your speed.
You can also buy a plug-and-play digital Coleman Mach. Here's one place:
