Rockwood Mini-Lite Stove Vent

Does anyone know if the Rockwood Mini Lite stove vent vents to the outside?

Just had a person ask the same question about a unit they bought New 5 years ago! I opened the vent flap and presto they had a working stove vent! The wife called her husband a "Dumb ask"! Youroo! !
