Smile Rockwood MiniLite 2109s plumbing issue

Rosscoe asks:
Just bought this 2109s and got a question regarding plumbing. When I hook to city water and pressure system up should my potable tank always fill or has someone opened a valve. I prefer not to have tank filled and rely on pressurized system more times than not.
Thanks in advance
Rosscoe

I have a 2020 microlite 21 DS with a shower miser. The valve of the shower miser bypasses cold water into the freshwater tank. The idea being that you don't waste water while waiting for it to get hot when taking a shower. The downside of this is if you leave the valve open your freshwater tank will fill when connected to city water even when you're not in there taking a shower.

In my case, I simply step into the shower and turn the valve the other way to prevent my freshwater tank from filling up.

Hope this helps!

Ditto on what BD Nomad said. I have a 2019 2109S and just this last trip figured out the Shower Miser. Valve down for Shower Miser off, valve up to turn it on.
