Rockwood Sig Ultra light ground to coupler Height Help

Hello fellow Rockwood owners. WE ordered a new 8312SS Sig Ultra light and it will be in in a few weeks. I have a new 12k/1200 Equalizer hitch and want to get the hitch set up. Would someone be so kind and provide me with a measurement from the ground to the top of the coupler (assuming you have the trailer level). I also assume that most of the sig ultra lights like the 8315, 8317, 81314 will all be the same so even if not an 8312 it should be identical. Thanks a bunch.

Can't tell you exact, but will be between 18 and 20 inches. Split the difference and call it 19, close enough for a starting point.

I really shouldn't respond without being sure (our 8315BSS is at storage site, so I can't go out and measure), but if I remember correctly, the top of the hitch ball socket is at 20". With the hitch ball at 20" also with the truck level, gives us aproximately 1" settling at hitch prior to taking up the weight with the weight distributing bars.
