Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8299BS

Thinking about buying a 8299BS. My truck is a Ram Laramie 3500 SRW with a 6.4 Hemi and 4.10 gears. Max hauling capacity is 3910 lbs and max towing is 15400 lbs. I have read about the 5er and the numbers seem good for me to be able to tow it. I am curious to hear from anyone that may own the same 5er and see what they are towing it with. Thanks in advance!

We towed ours with a 2500 Ram 6.4 hemi. You have more than enough truck to tow the 8299.

Thanks Kathy Ed for the information. Didn't want to buy something and then find out later, I made a bad choice.

I have that trailer but not pulling with the same truck. I would think you will be ok. I am using F350 6.7 diesel

We have a 2012 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite and have towed it all over the US with a 2013 F150 super crew (5 litre)(6.5 ft box) with absolutely no problem. You should have no problem with your 3500.

Thanks for the replies. It is good to hear what everyone is towing it with. I am new to the 5er world and just wanting to do things right the first time.
