I was just curious if anyone on the forum has this modelparticularly the newer years an the pros and cons with it!? Right now in the near future this is gonna be our retirement trailer we think!!! We love the overall floor plan! And also is there any areas that we need to look into that have been troublesome for other owners! Thanks in advance! Get on the roof. Here are some pictures of the roof of our 2018 8312ss purchased in July. The first 3 pictures were taken 6 days after taking delivery July 18th. The second 3 pictures were taken November 6th. We took it back to the factory on November 2nd and they replaced the whole roof from the inside out. It sucks to have a trailer only 5 months old and to have it torn apart and still have a crappy job. Not to mention they put a white roof on it instead of the color matched we paid for. On a positive note the ceiling inside looks nice.
We purchased the Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8327ss in March of 2015. We love the floor plan also! We did have trouble with all and I mean ALL of the ceiling LED lights. I had to personally replace the lights over a 15 month time frame. FR did send the replacements. The refrigerator fans were replaced under warranty also! No other trouble thus far??? I always worry about the two Swintex slides. How do you get to the motor if one were to break while camping?? No one seems to know where they are located?? Even the RF representative? Anyway; no other problems except the cheap factory tires. Had a separation on one tire so I replaced all four at my expense.
