What is the recommended electric jack for a Rockwood Windjammer trailer. The light on the jack works but the jack won't operate and I metered my battery and it's metering at 14 amps votes so I suppose I've got a blown Jack?

Any power tongue jack will work.
Just find one with the features you like and read the reviews.

I’ve highlighted the fuse holder for the jack as it appears on my 3008W. I had issues with the jack not working too. The fuse holder is not water resistant at all, any rain that gets on the top wire runs down into the fuse holder and rusts the spring that makes contact with the fuse. Once that happens the spring breaks and you end up with intermittent contact and the jack not working.
The solution for me was to discard the broken part of the spring and stretch the reaming part of the spring and reinstall everything. I then taped up the upper part of the fuse holder to the wire. It no longer rotates but it has remained waterproof through monsoons in Texas last October.
