Roof Bubble Around Black and Gray Tank Vent

Hello. I installed new Gray and Black tank vent caps on my 2011 Rockwood 2604. I used the Siphon 360 model to replace the stock caps that came with the trailer. I installed per the directions. Went up to check the install and noticed the roof is bubbled up from the edge of the vent to the edge of the dicor. No sign of previous leaking or loose roof. Is this normal? Anyone else have this issue? Should I pull and reinstall? Thanks. George
