Has anyone installed an RV Airflow in their Rockwood? Our roof is a different construction than most RV roofs, and I'm not sure if it would fit correctly.
I don't have one. Last year I watched a you tube video of an installation. They even took airflow measurements before and after.
I don't think roof design has much if anything to do with it. The inside ceiling cover is removed and the Air flow baffles are placed up inside the A/C mounting bracket/plenum.
I believe it works but the styrofoam and plastic isn't worth $180.
The attached picture shows why I'm concerned about our roof construction. The styrofoam duct is behind the aluminum roof framing. It would seem that the space around the duct opening would need to be filled so that the RV Airflow could fit flush against the duct opening. From the other install pics I've seen in RV's with traditional roof construction, the duct openings are flush with the side of the plenum. (Sorry, can't figure out how to rotate the pic 90 degrees clockwise)
We have the 15,000 btu A/C in our camper. It keeps us plenty cool in Texas heat. Can’t imagine getting $180 (plus install time) worth of additional value.

I also have a 2020 Rockwood 5vr. I bought the rv airflow that was supposed to fit the Coleman 15 A/C.
The foam sticks down about 3/4 of an inch out of the ceiling.
I'm going to call them on Tues after the holiday weekend. To get some feedback
Spike to RV Airflow today. They are happy to accept my return with prepaid return postage.
They are aware of the issue with the Rockwood and also are having issues with the Wildcat. They should have a solution in 6 to 8 weeks for those trailers.
