Screws pulling out in paneling. What kind of anchors can I use?

My G14FK uses extremely thin inside paneling. Some of the screws are pulling out that hold the velcro tabs, cargo netting, bed framing etc.

I don't like the butterfly type because If I remove the screw it will drop into the wall space. I like a Molly bolt but the panel is too soft for the teeth to grip and won't allow the Molly bolt to mushroom down without spinning.

I'm trying the basic blue plastic tapered drywall insert but not too sure it's going to hold.

Do they make a softer, mushrooming type of Molly bolt? Or any other anchor suggestions would be appreciated.

Here you go. These work great on our thin walls. They do have different sizes.
