sewer connection
I'm picking up my 2018 8335BSS this week. I need to purchase the sewer hoses. I'm told I need two from the trailer to a "Y" then a section to the dump area. Here are my questions. What do I need, Best brand to buy. Thanks for the help in advance.

The dealer should supply them with your purchase. If you did not negotiate them I would still ask if they will supply them. I think they will.

An alternative solution that works well if you are primarily on full hook-ups. I have the sewer solution. Bought it as parts without a hose. Got a "Ranch and Farm" heavy duty 3/4 inch hose at one of the big box stores. Hose will never spring a leak unless someone takes a knife to it. I set mine up so that I'm good even if the sewer connection is 40 feet from the trailer. Also allow easy dumping at home. http://www.valterra.com//?s=sewer+solution&x=0&y=0

It really depends on what you plan to do with the trailer. I have 2 dumps too. We mainly use our trailer for 3-4 day weekend trips. I never have to dump my kitchen drain in that time so I only need to hook up that drain when we are ready to leave. So having one hose works for me. I have the rhino hose. Had them for about 6 years now and they are still fine.

IMO Rhino has the best sewer hoses. I've had mine for nine years with no problem.

I agree with the "it depends on how long you camp" statement.
My unit has two sewer connections and I bought two short hoses and a wye to then connect to the main sewer hose that goes to the sewer port in the ground.
On short weekend trips I don't bother with all that.
My holding tanks are large enough that I leave them unconnected and simply switch the hose from the black port to the grey port when dumping.
When we go out for a week or more where I'll need to dump the grey before the end of the trip, I connect it all.
My stuff is Rhino brand. It seems to be good stuff in the two years I've had it.

You'll get many opinions, I've had good results with the prest-o-fit blue line system. I'm at about 7 years on the original hose. No complaints

I have the 2017 Flagstaff version and use a single hose. the front grey is the kitchen sink only and will go a long time. i dump the front grey then just move the hose to the rear and dump the black then grey. The few times I have a full hookup I just connect the rear fitting until ready to leave
