Contact Rockwood.
If they can't supply the panel, they can at least tell you the manufacturer of the enclosure.

i broke a shower door panel in transit when I forgot to secure before leaving. when I found out the cost I opted for the weight reduction and $ savings and went with a dollar store shower curtain.

The same happened to us. Our dealer replaced the door since we hadn't even had it a year and we had proof it was latched. Hoping it won't happen again but not very confident!

There are several reports here of these glass shower walls shattering. Not a common issue, but definitely not unusual, either.

Our round shower doors are plastic. I would not want glass.

I sure hate to read posts like this. We have the same glass doors in our new 2608SB.
Just a thought ..... Have you had your wheels balanced? Manufacturers don't do it - Dealers don't do it - BUT ... it's important, to my mind. I had our car mechanic do us a favour and balance all four wheels and guess what? They were all radically 'out-of-balance.' Just imagine the shaking the whole trailer undergoes at highway speeds! My concern has been with the gas and water joints along with the electronic circuit boards now common in these units, but hey, maybe it's enough to actually break those glass doors.
Just a thought!
Cheers,
John

It may not be a common issue with these shower doors, but it is a common issue with tempered glass. My most common experiences with it is with tempered glass vessel sinks that spontaneously shatter, leaving glass chunks all over bathrooms, several feet away from where the sink used to be. It is also fairly common with residential shower doors — mostly the textured, frosted type — less with the smooth, clear glass. The cause is usually from during the tempering process when the glass isn’t tempered evenly throughout the entire piece, and usually it occurs with the cheaper brands and no-name brands, usually from China. Sometimes, it is caused by the slightest of impurities getting into the glass. I have never seen a Kohler vessel sink shatter spontaneously, but I have seen many that were bought from Home Depot and Lowe’s with no real name recognition shatter spontaneously.
I am sure Forest River will replace this at no charge to you because they must know what I just told you.
Bruce

This same thing happened to my new 2703 trailer. I contacted Rockwood and they replaced it at no cost and the work was done at a local dealer. Good luck!

Shattered shower glass panel - Rockwood 2703 WS
Same happened to us while the travel trailer was parked at our home. Rockwood 2703 WS. We came home from a trip, unloaded, and everything was normal. Went out a week later to see glass on the floor and in the shower.... left panel shattered.
Called our Dealer, no offer to replace it. We are the second owner, only a few months old when we purchased, former owner used it a few times and went with a fifth wheel. I called around for prices to replace just that panel.... all the prices were outrageous.
The entire shower set can be purchased for $344 if 32", and $433 for 36". One price, which was from Demontrond, for the entire shower was over $600. That's pretty funny that they thought we would pay that when I can get it for less.
Only one place wanted to sell us just the panel. And the shipping alone was going to be $100.
We had a local glass shop cut a piece and we put that in place for the interim.
Below are the links for what I found. You will see that these showers are not just sold to RV manufacturers. They are also available for sale for residential use. Of course those are the prices that aren't marked up. (RV related prices ..... always a drastic mark up!!!!)

Manufactured by: Shower Enclosures of America, Inc.
Shower Enclosures America, 501 Kettering Dr. Ontario CA. 91761
Hope this helps someone. If anyone finds the panel for sale at a good price, please let us know.
Carol

Just curious, how did you prove it was latched? For 2019 the hard plastic clip is replaced with a rubber loop like a big thick rubber band. Not sure if that's better or worse, but definitely a bounce will not disconnect the doors as it might with the plastic clip.

Yip same brand and series except ours was the right solid panel. After calling the dealer, manufacturer and Forest River and finding out the entire shower glass assembly would have to be replaced for crazy bucks, I had a face to face with service manager and emailed a letter to Forest River warranty and got a new shower assembly for free well sorta if you don’t count all the time getting it goodwilled.
