Just purchased a 2017 Rockwood 2902ws. Need ideas as to shoe storage in this model.

Congrats on the 2902WS.

DW and I love ours. Taking the granddaughters camping this weekend.

My DW has found a shoe holder that hangs in the closet. Not here yet so no pictures. But it hangs on a hanger, it's cloth and has pockets to put the shoes in.

Great thing is the 2902 has lots of storage spots. We went with the Chaise lounge, it has storage underneath. We went with the dinette which gives you storage in the overhead as well as underneath.

Happy camping.

I built this shoe rack and put it right by our entrance door. It didn't take alot of woodworking skill. I looked up the floor plan for your camper. You could make something like this and put it on the angled wall in the entrance of your unit. It's only 6" deep so it doesn't stick out too far.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new Rockwood!

We use a closet shoe hanger as well - they hold a ton of shoes!

2017 Rockwood 2902WS shoe storage

We picked up our new 2017 Rockwood 2902WS a few weeks ago; leaving for a week long camping trip Sunday. Our previous camper had lots of storage, and so does this one, it is just configured a little different. We are not take your shoes off when you enter type of people, unless shoes are muddy of coarse, so you may be referring to different storage. But, I put a small rug in the closet portion of the wardrobe slide and plan to put my shoes there. This time of the year, I do not take many shoes - Teva sandals to wear on the boat, a couple pairs of flip flops and a pair of athletic shoes.

That's pretty slick. It's great to have a place to put shoes right by the door. (We take ours off when we come in. )
