Cant help you with your question other then to look in the manual to see if it shows location and that blows about the slide gears -

Silly question is did you not buy the 2nd year warranty for the $150?

You might want to go to the search bar and type in "slide out manual operation". There are several old forums on this topic. It seams the slides manufacturer has a lot to do with the fix. On some slides the manual crank goes into a hole on the opposite side of the trailer from the slide, some are a small bolt on the back of the motor accessed by a hatch in the underbelly. I saw some needed you to create a hatch in the underbelly.

There will be a hole in the body on the other side of the trailer inline with the sllide motor. That is where you insert the crank handle. It will be quite low on the side of the trailer.

I found it its on the motor itself but it would'nt work be cause the gears are toast.
