Slideout cable management arm broken
Has anyone had this problem before (and had it fixed)?
On packing up from our last trip, I noticed the cables beneath the kitchen slide hanging down a bit and had not noticed that before.
Today I put the slide out again, crawled under and see that the cable management arm is broken. Its just a thick strip of plastic that runs from a pivot screwed to the frame to a tube screwed to the bottom outer edge of the slide. At the non-pivot end it is screwed directly to the square tube and that is where it has completely broken through. A number of the cable guides have snapped off too.
Seems like not a very robust design. Even if they replace the arm, I can see it breaking again at the non-pivot end. Also, the cable guides can't be replaced because, even though they could slide on before the fixed end is screwed down, they are a single piece (the cables must have been threaded through during assembly).
