Slideout problem

Hi, I have Rockwood model 8314ss and the slideout does not go all the way out at the bottom. It lacks 2 to 3 inches from sealing at the bottom when the rachet starts its clicking sound indicating that it is as far as it is going. Is there a adjustment that I can make and is there a way to manually crank it out? Thanks in advance.w

I have the 8313 and never had that problem but you should have a rank handle that fits near the motor to jack it out or in.Of course if a bolt is sheared the crank does nothing. your does not sound ike a sheared bolt so the crank should work. good luck
