I understand the “small holes” in slide out. I have a 41’ 5th Wheel toy hauler. When you enter the living space, from the garage, you can see daylight in the bottom corner of the slide out where the recliners are located. Not too small. Mine is several inches, like the rubber was too short for seam. I checked to see if the seal was twisted or misaligned, but didn’t see any apparent issues. I thought about sticking a towel in there. Dealers are not competent to fix or provide solution.
I’d be interested in fix solution. Pretty bad when the unit MSRP is $84 K and there are sooo many flaws and issues:-(.

Thanks for sharing.

Yeh I took pictures of the corners today but don't think you can see in the pictures very well. The corners just not tight against the seal. We have a 32' Forester with a super slide and I have a place in the center of it at the bottom at a step up corner. I'm going to try some black sheets of insulation foam rubber that nascars use as padding on the corners when the slide is closed. When its open I use black pipe insulation and stuff it in around the bottom of the slide to seal it. Just a rigged up temporary solution to a stupid problem that the dealers haven't figured out how to permanently repair yet..

Unhappy 2021 FR Alpha Wolf 26RLL 48 hrs new and slideout seal is ripped

I appreciate all these posts. I guess it's the way it is. Had it for 48 hours, delivered to our pad 2 miles from the dealership, and aside from it being filthy even after our walkthrough (what ever happened to point to point inspections and clean outs?) we opened the slides and immediately noticed light coming in from the corner slide out seal. Dealer is short staffed and can't get us in til NOVEMBER

Where do we find the corner seals or corner blocking mentioned in this thread?

Thank you - it's helpful to commiserate

If it's under warranty, you can use an independent RV shop or mobile RV technician. You just have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing to be reimbursed.
