Sub floor heater vent

Have a Rockwood minilite 2104s (2019). Do a lot of cold weather camping. Have tank pad heaters but can not verify if furnace has sub- floor vent to help pipes. Dealer (sales guy) told me yes , but have searched web and most say no. Do not see duct off furnace other than living room and bathroom. Unless it just goes straight out of furnace bottom through floor. Anyone know yayor nay as a fact?

I'm not aware of any trailer that has heating pads AND a heated underbelly.
As far as I know, it's not both.

I thought I had it too since I saw a heat duct going into the floor area but it was just a smaller line to the bathroom heat. It had to go under the floor as there are not cabinets between the heater and bathroom. It was pointed out to me also I probably did not have it. I was never told I did have it either.

No, you do not have a heated underbelly, nor do the brand new models, even though Rockwood marketing could lead one to think that they do.
