Tank Heaters

All,
This is a real newbie question, but I have to ask because I am not sure the salesman got this one right. On my 2011 2604, he told me that I have tank heaters because the switch is installed in the head. I was able to sight verify everything else, but had to push the I believe button since the bottom is enclosed and the battery was out of the TT. Is he right? It is one of my delivery checks, but thought I would ask the experienced group. It would be nice if they are installed, but not going affected my enjoyment of theTT. Thanks George

If a tank heater switch is installed, it should have the heating pads installed also. You may be able to see the tank drain elbow heating pads, with wire leads going into them.
