The RWs. Rockwood vs. Redwood

My Rockwood is ten times better than any Redwood. How about you?

not sure how many responses you'll get comparing the common Rockwood trailers, to a much less common non-FR high end Redwood trailers.

i've been in a number of Redwood 5th wheels and it's definitely a higher quality rig, compared to Rockwoods.
but not enough differences to pay that much more money.

i doubt if many members here have ever been in a Redwood model.

the Rockwood units are a great trailer for the pricepoint.

I own a Rockwood fifth wheel and just looked at a Redwood this weekend. Looking to move up from the Rockwood but the Redwood quality was really poor, pretty much what I expected From Thor. I keep going back to look at the Grand Design. I'm not unhappy with the Rockwood but just looking forward to retirement. Looked at a lot of Forest River products but the quality on there up scale products seem worse than the Rockwood. If the Columbus line can get there act together that would make my list, but reading about a lot of problems on here.
