Time to Upgrade

I had a really great year, somehow ended up doubling my salary. So I upgraded my TV to a 2016 F-250, and now it's time to upgrade my camper. I'm going from a 2015 Rockwood Mini Lite 2502KS to a Rockwood Signature Ultralight 8335BSS. It's a sleek 34 ft front kitchen model with 2 driver side slides, King size bed, and tanks sizes that are the same as the 5th wheel models 90 grey, 45 black, and 43 fresh. It has one of the longest awnings I've seen, plus it has slide toppers as well, dual ACs, 50 amp service It's priced at 31K which seems really cheap for the size and amenities. Anyone have any idea why these are so cheap? Seems to good to be true.
