Today is the day!

After much anticipation wife and I just got home with our 2018 Rockwood mini lite 2109s! Had some concerns about being able to get it backed in my drive as it's a slight incline but got it done! Gonna test camp in it tonight!Click image for larger version

Update: first night went well for the most part. Getting used to the tight space with the dogs. Only complaint is the very firm mattress. Will need something for that. Got down to about 39 deg. But comfortable inside. Shower was surprisingly good. Everything seems to be working well. First trip next weekend to a nearby KOA.

After folding down the sofa and really trying to lay on it, I can't see 2 people using it. (Not that we expect to use it for that anyway)

Congrats on the new TT. Might try a mattress topper to soften up the bed.

Congrats! Suggest you look at a piece of memory foam to increase mattress comfort.

Congratulations. I wonder how they can call those things mattresses. I paid for a Serta upgrade and I swear it's worse than $59 mattress. We also put a 2" topper on there..better, but not good. I will be replacing with a memory foam 8 or 10" eventually.

Congratulations! I think your camper has the best floor plan in that you can still access bed and bath while on the road. It is the perfect couple's camper!! Will need a mattress topper though! Enjoy your new camper!

Way cool. We have a 2017 2019S too, got it in October last year. I'll be posting reviews, facts, stuff on my Youtube Channel to share with other Campers as I go. We've been on 3 trips now, 2 days, 7 days, and the last one was 21 days. Learned a LOT about using this camper, especially ELECTRICAL. I'll post mistakes and recoveries as well.

Regarding the mattress? One night, that was ok. The second night? our backs were broken. We piled on some blankets, it was better. Finally stopped at a Walmart and got a 3" foam mattress for about 90$ and viola! Problem fixed and we've never slept better.

have FUN!

My hubby and I will be picking up our 2018 2109s this week. I am looking for a good PDI list to use. Any suggestions?

Also, we've already been looking at mattress toppers based on your comments. We suspected we would need something, but your comments clinched it.

Wife and I just picked up our 2304DS in Ohio last week and camped on the way home to NJ and stayed in Douthat Sate Park not too far from you in Roanoke. Nice campgrounds and plenty of hiking trails. We bought a memory foam mattress topper before we even picked up the trailer. Slept like a log, it was great. Good luck with the trailer and bed.

Awesome! Congrats to you both!
The DW, dogs and I are currently at the KOA Lynchburg/Blue Ridge Parkway as I type. Our first real weekend in the 2109s and so far it's been great. As for a good PDI, shoot me a PM with your email and I will forward the one a fellow forum member sent me. I found it to be most helpful.

There's some in the Forum Library.
Or simply Google "PDI"

Congrats! I am very familiar with Douthat. Just one of the many great places within an hour or so from me. We live in outdoor heaven in Roanoke. In fact, my house is a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hope you enjoy the new coach and make it back to the area sometime soon!

We bought our 2109S Fall 2016 & love it. When we did our PDI We made video recording. We asked a LOT of questions. It's been so valuable to be able to watch it again. (It's just so much to 'absorb' the first time. )
