Trailer Sway
Ok. Have a TT 8335SB and TV Ram2500 with Equalizer Hitch. Everything is level when WDH is all hooked up.
The trailer is not heavily loaded and basically distributed through out.
Still have trailer sway...thoughts?

Put as much of the cargo weight in the front of the camper as possible. You want 12-15% of the total loaded camper weight on the tongue.

Do you have 15% of the total loaded camper weight as tongue weight ?

Did you weigh it to accurately determine your tongue weight?

You have to realize that just about any articulated rig you can imagine is going to have a bit of sway when you are traveling in a cross-wind (prodominatey east/west winds) and no amount of sway control is going to stop that, especially when the big trucks go around you. I use Curt friction sway control bars on my 33' trailer and it helps a lot, but sway will still occur, just not so severe. I have been pulling a trailer for 12 years now, and personally, I never pull my TT more than 65 mph. I seriously believe speed is also a sway control factor.

If your goal is no sway, ProPride is the answer. It has drawbacks (heavy, expensive, some say hard to hook/unhook but I've not experienced that in 7 years of use). My TT is 28 ft and 6,800 lbs towed with 2011 F250 PSD.
Best of luck in resolving your issue and safe travels!
Pete

Something doesn't sound right. I had the Flagstaff twin and when I had the Chevy 2500 and sway pro I had no sway at all. No matter what you have you will get movement in wind.
What age is your truck? Is is possible some suspension components need replacement? Is the truck stock? Or is is lifted or other mods.
Which Equalizer hitch?
Level is good but does not mean much. Have you been to a scale to verify WDH settings? It could just be adjustments.

Load up like going camping for long trip. Wife, kids, full food, fuel and toys.
Go to nearest truck stop Cat scale.
$12.50 for first weigh. Put axles on separate platforms on scale.
Each weight afterwards is 2 or 3 dollars
Weigh full rig once
Weigh 2nd time without WDH hooked up.
Weigh 3rd time with just truck, contents, and hitch.
Compare the results..

ALL trailers will get unstable if you tow them fast enough. Sounds like a smooth road at 65 gives you no issues, just when it gets rough?
