Thrilled to have our new (2017) 2504S in the dooryard. A few minor issues radio dosenít work properly and slide stopped working but dealership was very helpful. They are ordering a new radio and after having me change the circuit breaker to no effect they found and replaced a fuse located under the tongue which got the slide working again. Have added a pkg os 30a fuses to my toolbox. Looking forward to camping ASAP.
Be sure to check ALL the features of the new radio. As part of a warranty claim on my Wildcat the dealer just replaced a defective Furrion with a newer DV1220. The AM/FM worked fine, but it would not fully pull a CD/DVD into the slot. So while I was on a trip I contacted Furrion Customer Service (very responsive). Following their instructions I removed it from the cabinet. This is what I found. However, now that I removed the 2 screws it will play any DVD but no CDs. Really weird. Now back to the dealer AGAIN!!
Our radio didn't work either, was a nightmare to get the right one. Sent us 3 finally. Hubby exchanged it out and has been fine ever since. He also put in new outside speakers, something was wrong with them, but all works well now
On our 2018 2507 we had a a problem with our furrion radio and I just figured the antenna wasnít plugged in all the way because everything else on the system was fine. My wife ask me not to touch and take to dealer since it was under warranty and it was going in anyway for other issues. Turns out the radio was bad and they replaced. I think this may be a common problem from what I have been reading on different RV post.
congrats on 2504S. Check that the seal that contacts the bottom of the slide does indeed make contact the full length when closed to prevent water thrown of the tires from getting in the trailer. I didn't find out until warranty had run out and FR wouldn't fix it even though it would have come that way from the factory. (didn't drive in the rain until 3rd summer I owned it)
