Ultra-lite interior construction and repair

I have a 2016 mini lite. Things looked great when I got the trailer but after 2 years I have screws pulling loose from the paneling. There doesn't seem to be anything behind the walls to securely hold screws from simply pulling lose. My latest issue are the bunk bed supports on the walls over the dinette. There are four of them held to the paper-thin walls by 2 screws each. You can't get behind the wall to put a piece of lumber behind it without ripping out walls. Looking for suggestions on reattaching the supports so they won't pull lose. We like to take out grand kids travel with us and don't want the one on top crushing the one on the bottom bunk.
