Upgrades to my 2016 Rockwood 2703WS

Hello,

We have a 2016 Rockwood 2703WS Sapphire Edition. I see a lot of folks here doing things to upgrade their rigs. Some I have done and others are planned. Here are my upgrades:
Soft Start for our AC
Foil reflective tape on AC components for efficiency
Vent Covers
Dual Batteries
Magnetic Latches
Rvlock keyless
Digital Thermostat
Attached counter extension to the counter on fold down brackets
Recpro recliners to replace fold out couch
Goodyear Endurance Tires
TPMS 501
Magnetic latches on bathroom slider
Oxygenic shower head

I am always seeing what others are doing and still have some things I want to do. Forums like this are awesome.

Marty

That's a great list of enhancements. What did you use for the bathroom door magnetic latches?

I had a few of these latches left over and used them on the slider. Worked great.

Any chance you have a picture? I’m having a hard time imagining them not interfering with the slide operation. Did you attach to the edge of the door?

Unfortunately, the camper is in storage for a few weeks. I put the plate on the opening end of the door and then drilled two holes in the magnet piece and attached it to the wall so it was facing the door edge and would hold when it was closed.

A very nice list but if history repeats itself it will grow a lot larger.

The more one uses their RV (TT, 5er, MH) the more they'll see they can improve. It can become somewhat of an addiction to many, especially if retired and have time on their hands. I started a list a while ago to add up all the mods and accessories. When I ran out of room on a lined tablet page I said the heck with it and stopped listing.

Not only do many people purchase an RV, they also purchase a hobby
