I'd like to replace the vents in the kitchen and bedroom with Maxxair 4500 fans. Are the vents prewired with 12 v or will I need to fish a couple of new wires to it?
I installed a fantastic fan in the bedroom. As I recall there was at least six wires running thru there. I used a meter to find one that was un switched 12 volts and hooked in to it. Works just fine.
