Wall cracked

I have a 2013 Rockwood 8319SS A week ago I found a 3 inch crack in the radius of the back door... I called FR and they said yeah this can happen if when the side wall was cut out for doors/windows. If to tight over time the flex in the unit can make this happen. I was told to send pictures and they would see about fixing it...Have any of you had any problems like this?????

Yes, I have a 3006W and a 4" crack appeared door side above the front entry door from awning downward. The fiberglass walls have a two year warranty and I'll have to say Forest River step up to the plate. They towed back to the factory and replaced the whole wall!

You got damn lucky....They want me to pay $2000 for them to replace it and I had to bring it to them.........I have stop drilled the crack and signed it FTF......Fly till it falls..
