Wallpaper Bubble Repair

We put a stick-on Command Clip on the bathroom wall of our Rockwood Mini-Lite 2507S to hold a broom thinking it would be better than attaching the clip with screws. Unfortunately, we left a broom in the clip on a short trip and the movement created a small 4" diameter bubble of loose wallpaper around the clip where the wallpaper slightly pulled away from the wall where the clip is attached. I am looking for ideas on how to re-attach the wallpaper and eliminate the bubble. Any ideas are appreciated.

Get a small glue injector, push in some wallpaper or similar glue, and use a small roller to flatten it out.

Look for industrial syringes on Amazon. Needles aren't sharpened...go figure but that can be addressed if need be. Weren't overly expensive for a 10 pack

Large sharpened syringes are available at feed stores for animals such as horses, cattle, etc.
