Water filter... winterizing

Just a reminder, don't forgot to remove and drain your water filter during your winterizing tasks.. I forgot last year and luckily nothing broke.. Note: water stays in the filter even though you have drained your water lines..

Also, don't forget to remove and drain the water pump filter... mine was full of water after I drained and blew the lines with my air compressor. Good time to clean it too..

My Rockwood 2703WS came with the winterizing system already installed. When I winterize the RV antifreeze will actually show up in the filter housing. I don't use the filter so I don't have to open the housing. Of course our winters in Mississippi haven't been to bad and that helps alot.
