Water heater bypass valves?

I'm winterizing our Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2891BH. I have opened the drains at the low point and removed the anode plug, but I can't seem to locate the bypass valves for the water heater. I pulled out the drawers under the kitchen sink so I can see the back of the W.H., but I don't see any valves on the water lines. I have looked for panels to remove, etc., but I do not see an access point?

Anyone run into this before?

Yes, lot of people have this same problem every year.

There is likely a panel that you'll have to unscrew to find the valves. If you can see the lines then follow them and the valves should be there somewhere.

Or is it possible you have a wet bay like this?

or this?

Go to 6:38 in this video. Your valves are like the first pic I posted above.
