What stickers need to stay?

With so many stickers on the outside and inside of the trailer which ones actually need to stay?

I couldn’t agree more. I took them all off except the RVIA sticker. Even took off the rockwood all over it. I dont like being a rolling billboard for anyone.

None of those.

I think the only stickers that are required are the stickers that talk to tire + load capacity and the white sticker that talks abut gross vehicle weight (GVWR) and gross axle weight (GAWR).

Everything else can go. Though the next owner might appreciate having the valves + ports labeled.

I took a picture of them and then removed them. The picture is in the satchel with the many appliance, generator and assembly manuals for the next owner when I'm on the other side of the grass.

How did you remove them? Did you heat them a bit with a hairdryer or heat gun?

I have always pulled all of mine except the tire/weight info. This includes all the tacky warning ones found inside and out. My favorite items are a heat gun and goo gone.

I leave the one about checking lug nuts. One may tend to forget at times. Later RJD

I spent the better part of a morning removing all of the lawyer stickers on ours... A few spots had three or four together... I did not know that using our outside kitchen without being level it may result in serious injury or death...

Left the VIN and weight sticker. Removed one (there was 4 of them) of the lug nut pattern stickers and put it on inside of cargo lid. Left Low point and black gray stickers and took off everything else, including the 8 that were all over the Lippert electric jacks.

Found some goof off at Lowes. We are headed to the campground today for our first outing and I will have some sticker removal time.

Yellow sticker, tire sticker, and the ones marked "Propane" on the compartment(s) (if yours came with that).

Yes... when popping popcorn using oil (to eat while reading the many threads on FRF) you need to be careful the popper doesn't slide off and the oil scald you!

I only left the Propane door sticker on our motor home's exterior. That one might be handy for a First Responder. I spent about 30 minutes removing the other "warning" stickers from outside, inside, and even the interior ceiling of our unit. I think it looks a whole lot better now...

I used Gunk. It didn't discolor the fiberglass gel coat and they came off cleanly.

I use Goof Off for lots of metal, but around plastics and some paints be careful as I have had Goof Off take off the finish along with the glue.
Test the Goof Off on a small out of the way place to be sure you do not do any damage.
