We have the 3001w. Like the floor plan. The closet in the nose in very handy. DW wishes she had more counter space. Only thing that I can find wrong is the way FR did the wiring. All of the outlets and reefer are on one breaker. Only way I could use 2 electric heater is to plug one into the electric water heater outlet. Have been in TT since April 15.

WE have Flagstaff v-lite 30WTBS

It's a clone of the windjammer series. We love it. We have 5 kids and hope for at least one more. If you haven't decided seriously consider it.

I have an 08 30 WRLS V lite. No problems for three years now. We love it, and camp in it at least one weekend each month, with and sometimes without electric and water. Wish our tanks were bigger, but that has been corrected on the newer models. Highly recommended! Randy

We have a 2010 2609W and we love it. If we were super critical we might like the bathroom to be a little larger. The floor plan works out very well for us.

2011 Flagstaff V-Lite 30WRLS which is the sister to the 3001W. Super unit and only minor teething pains. Just wish we would have been able to get in more away time and unfortunatly next year will be less.

Thanks

Hey Thanks for all the replies, it is very refreshing to here from folks who are happy with there RV's. As we all know that seems not to be the norm. As we continue our search for a new camper we seem to always come back to the Wind Jammer a solid product for the price point. As we have become aware of the practices of the RV business we will be very diligent with our next purchase.

Wishing Everyone A Very Merry CHRISTMAS

Dennis

Thumbs up We love ours

We have a 2011 Windjammer 3065W and love it. We bought it in June 2010 and have had it out a number of times without an issue. Having two slide outs in the living area really opens it up and the walk-in closet in the nose has plenty of storage for our clothes. Storage was an issue for us and the 3065 has plenty. The 32" pop up flat screen wasn't hard to take either.
My wife and I will be going fulltime this spring and believe this unit will suit our needs just fine. The weight, storage and roominess were all major factors when we were shopping for a new TT.

Hello, my wife and I ordered the Windjammer 3008 w last August. We absolutely love it!! No major problems to report as of now, do have a whistling noise when traveling but I believe thats from the underside of the gutter needing sealed..

What is everyone here towing their windjammers with. We have a 2010 F150 and are considering a 3065 windjammer. How does a 1/2 ton pull the windjammers, assuming some of you out there are doing so.

I tow mine with a 2010 Ram 1500, Hemi, 3.92 gear. Towed it 450 miles this past Memorial Day weekend and it handled it just fine. Had a bit of a breeze fighting me on the way up and it felt fine. I averaged 9.1 mpg @ 63 mph for the trip.
I sometimes wish I had a 3/4 ton diesel because my DW and I are going fulltime this year and will be heading west, which means mountains.

We have 2010 F-150 5.4-V8 and pull the 3065 up and down the east coast with no problems ! We cruse around 60-62 because its a long trailer and its safer to keep it around 55mph! Enjoy ,we love ours !!

We have a 3002W and pulling it with my Tundra is a not a problem at all. Using a Reese Dual Cam and Prodigy brake controller.

We got our 3008W three weeks ago and have had it out twice already. Towing with a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L and an Equalizer 4-point hitch. No problems so far and love the trailer. Kitchen in the nose offers a lot of living space and the atrium windows are unbelievable. When truck is due for replacement we will go slightly larger but that won't be anytime soon. Can't wait for the next trip!

We've been official Windjammer 3008 owners for about 24 hours, lol. Just brought it home yesterday. TV is a 2008 F250 with V10 and 4.10 rear. Towed it home 2 1/2 hours with no issues, but no experience camping yet. Will be heading out this weekend.

We have a 2010 3065 and just towed it from Pennsylvania to Colorado & back last week with our 2001 GMC Yukon XL 1500, 5.3 liter gas, 4.3 rear end. Our yukon XL has 187,000 miles on it and this trailer tows like a dream...no problem going 65/75 mph on those flat roads heading west...but the truck will drop down into 2nd gear at 4500 rpm and 55 mph on a good hill just like it did with our old Citation trailer that was 500 lbs heavier.
