I have a 2016 VLite (same basic trailer as yours but made by Flagstaff) 30WIKSS and the bedroom
exterior door (the most forward of the two doors) and it sticks or catches as well?

Although I don't have the same model at all, my door was sticking from the factory as well. Turns out it was one of the screws holding the door frame in place. Little turn tighter and used a file on the head and the screen door frame and problem solved. Just something to look at....

We've had the problem since new on back door. I just adjust the back stabilizer until it swing freely.

Yes. Door is hard to open due to latch plate being screwed on to far back. I just took a file to the latch and it opens smoother now.

Pm0393 I have a 2015 VLite (same basic trailer as yours but made by Flagstaff) 30WIKSS looks like you have the equalizer hitch. It looks like it is set up right to distribute the trailer weight to the truck front wheels. what weight range are the hitch bars? next year keep an eye on the seam for the darker metal skirt at the bottom of the trailer. I had to calk the seam as it started to crack open. I really like this floor plan and the build quality.
