What is a OC kit. Is that the hold down for the awning ? Got a bit breezy the next day had to roll up the awning.

youroo, are they bungy cords ? or what. Do they attach to the outside corners of the awning. What if a large wind gust come up and the corners are anchored down , will it rip the awning... I know LOTs of questions I'm still learning, this camping is a work in progress.
