Winterizing help

Just got my rockwood and the guy left a bunch of water in it. Drained everything I could and read several posts but I have no idea which of the 7 valves are the "bypass valve" (or its purpose ) and ill be damned if I can't figure out how to remove the filter housing. ( tried twisting both ways...and harder I'm sure it will break!)

With no Info on Model of your Rockwood I can only Help with your Filter! Turn on a Faucet, leave it on,Now take your filter wrench and slip it on the body, hold the bottom of the body with your other hand, and PULL on the wrench handle! Youroo!!

Make sure to relieve the pressure first. Generally righty tighty lefty loosey (except on the old style propane tanks!)
