Wiring short i GeoPro 19RD

I have a short in the wiring and have narrowed it down to the pop-up charger mounted in the bed headrest. I am having trouble accessing the the wiring. There is no apparent access from underneath and it looks like the top it is mounted on has to be removed. It is caulked in place but not sure if there are screws as well. Any suggestions on best method to access the charging pop-up unit?

I just watched a video walk-through of your model. That shelf at head of bed is along exterior wall, right? Any storage or access doors on outside in that area? If there are, typically there are trim panels in such compartments that may access that area. Or the whole thing comes out when you unscrew or snap off that round bezel perhaps?
