2018 24bh auzi bbq slide out

The Auzi bbq slide out on my 2018 24bh came with the propane gas line that you have to hook up under the trailer to the bbq every time you want to use it.
I have to lay on my back to hook the line up under the trailer!!! there must be an easier way. Has any one come up with a way to hook it up permanently?

Not really.

The quick release coupling makes things high and tidy up under the trailer.

The only two things I can think of to make it easier would be:
1. Keep the hose constantly connected and wind it up and strap it under the trailer for easier access.
2. Connect the hose to the quick connect and then drill a small hole in the floor of the outdoor kitchen and keep it permanently routed up through that. The concern there would be if there was a leak and it went into the cabin of the trailer.
