2022 19MDBLE control panel not responding

brand new unit. forgive me if it is covered somewhere on this forum, i did an initial search and didn't come up with anything.

the KIB control panel (in the bathroom) appears to be unresponsive when individual buttons are pressed to view battery or various tank levels. I've checked all fuses and have performed a power reset (cut battery and shore connections for several minutes). Can someone give me a direction to head in? diagrams and corresponding values (voltages and/or resistances)? first experience w/ any kind of rv. all electrical functions appear to be working. any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

Being a Surveyor Owner, I usually check this part of the Forum on a regular basis. But have been busy. I see you posted 2 weeks ago.

And being a Surveyor owner I feel obliged to respond. Have you fixed the problem?

If not, I would offer an initial response. Fuses can be located in the weirdest places. They are not all located at the Converter fuse panel. My first suggestion is remove the panel and see if you have any fuses or problems back there.

Good luck.

Spot on about the hidden fuse. Yes, we have fixed it. There was, as you alluded, a hidden 10 A fuse behind the fuse box. I had the same thought as you and removed the bottom bunk platform and exposed the lines coming in.
The LP/WH/WP share a 15 A fuse at the box and I couldn't figure out why I was getting a voltage reading at the box but not on the KIB controller switch. The switch was good so I thought it to be a bad PCB on the controller or a crimped wire - the ground was good being that it was shared by other electronics that worked. borrowed a buddy's conductivity meter to test the line from the KIB controller to the fuse box but found the blown fuse before testing it. what a relief, i was planning on running a new line to the controller and i really didn't want to route it.
Anyways, that was my inexperienced line of thought prior to finding the fuse. Thanks for the reply and i do appreciate it. hope it can help somebody else
