2022 FR Surv Legend 252 RBLE rear cargo carrier

This will be my new trailer. It currently has the spare time only mounted on the rear bumper. Anyone added a carrier to their rear bumper. I have seen a carrier mounter on wolf pup trailer with support of the carrier going over the top of bumper and over top of frame then bolt with ubolt brackets. spare time mount in middle of carrier. When you put down the carrier the time will be horizontal instead of up.

Any one have this type cargo carrier and do I need to have any concerns?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

I have the factory installed one on my 19BHLE. You could call your dealer and ask them if they are able to get just the cargo rack from FR, and then they or you can install it.

Our utility rack was also from the factory with the spare tire attached. At first I was worried the spare would drag on the ground if I had the utility rack down. But there is plenty of clearance. The 2022 brochure shows that it is an option so I would think your dealer could get one in for you.

page 10 of the brochure.

Picture shows what was available from Lipppert recently.

We have "A". I use it to carry a "deck box" with some bulky but light "camping equipment". But our spare tire is mounted under the trailer in front of axles

It came from Factory. I have removed it and reinstalled it. Not complicated and easily done. But lifting it into place required help.
Good Luck.
