Since our first visit for warranty repair I have had a loose table on the slide.
The factory screws pulled right out the first time we used the camper. The dealer tightened the screws but the pulled right out.
I worked on it myself after the dealer didn't do anything, I installed plastic anchors in the holes, the only problem was the anchors stuck below the plywood, I had to cut the plastic off. This repair worked for a while but the table came loose again.
After thinking about this I went to Lowes and bought 4:

And 4 hex head bolts, 4 ½ inch.
I removed the old bolts and anchors anddrilled through the table holes and through the bottom of the slide.
I cut flat head screwdriver slots in the top of the Hex Head because the bolt heads are recessed in the table. I used a cutting blade on my grinder (wear safety glasses).
I installed the Tee Nut in the bottom of the slide and the bolt from the top. Tapping in the tee nut with a hammer helps. Tighten the bolt with a screwdriver, the tee nut will pull in to the slide tight. Repeat for all of the anchors.
Do not close the slide yet, cut off the excess screw threads from the bottom with the grinder blade. Then with the grinder use a metal cleaning, sanding disc to grind the nuts flush as not to cause a catch when the slide comes in. Spray the tee nuts with some paint and the table is forever tight.
