Lippert rack and pinion slideout power

Our slideout blew the fuse when retracting it. I found the fuse and replaced it. It still doesn't work and the new fuse is still good. I pulled the switch panel and I only have 8 volts going to the switch. I have the enclosed underbelly and they used the powerload nails to attach the coroplast. I am not where I can remove the coroplast at this time because of those nails.. Does anyone know where I might have a bad connection, causing the 8 volt reading? The rest of my 12 volt appliances (lights, awning etc) work and I know my battery/converter is at 13 volts. Also, does the rack and pinion system use a control board or relay that I have not been able to find?

Thanks, Roy C., 2018 251rks
